Provides case management and emergency financial assistance to people on low income throughout Pima County. Assistance is limited and based on grant funding. Includes utility assistance to prevent shutoff and propane gas used for heating and limited mortgage assistance to prevent eviction or foreclosure. Offers car repair assistance for families with children (age 17 and younger) who are working. Does not exceed $300 for any repair; not available to people who are unemployed or childless. Provides assistance directly to applicants, and to agencies in the Emergency Services Network.

Website also provides a link to the database which shows bed availability in local shelters and access points for people seeking housing assistance. Does not provide any direct assistance to individuals.
