Provides confidential temporary shelter for victims of domestic violence and a 24-hour crisis line and crisis intervention for victims of domestic violence, sex trafficking, sexual assault, dating abuse and stalking. Services include individual advocacy, care/case management, general crime victim assistance, subject specific public awareness/education, adult sexual assault prevention, spouse/intimate partner abuse prevention and life skills education.

Sun Dial telephone reading service accessible on demand with touch tone phone to listen to national and local newspapers, local ads, and local election information.
Provides school drug prevention/life skills courses, Naloxone and Naloxone training, parent education classes, trauma training, diversion classes, community education programs for youth and adults on current drug trends, consequences of using alcohol, marijuana, and prescription and illegal drugs, support groups and book clubs.

Serves as expert witness on prisoner/family issues, capital punishment cases, time computation errors, gang violence, sexual assault/harassment, prison policy and procedure, and development of mitigation issues. Provides clemency board hearing preparation, mitigation and expert witness services, time computations, interstate compact transfer assistance, release eligibility analysis, assistance on death penalty issues, analysis of applicability of new laws to currently sentenced offenders. Sponsors litigation and/or legislation to protect or define constitutional, civil, and administrative rights and responsibilities of incarcerated people and their supporters. Researches criminal justice issues for political candidates, attorneys, agencies, and other interested groups. Serves as a watchdog agency over state prisons and county jails.
