The Neighborhood Pride program paints houses and fences and spreads landscaping gravel in targeted neighborhoods. The Tool Lending Center loans tools and equipment to homeowners, renters, and neighborhood groups undertaking landscaping projects, yard clean-ups, community rebuilding, and other improvement projects.
