Eligibility
People who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness and are not sick enough to be in the hospital, but too sick to be on the street.

Active duty military members, veterans, and their families in La Paz and Mohave County. Also supports individuals and organizations that are proactive military veterans support.

Adults with a terminal diagnosis of 6 months or less in Coconino, Navajo, and Yavapai counties
