Offers Inmate to Citizen classes for families and friends with loved ones returning home from prison or jail.

Provides transitional housing and services to US Military active duty members and veterans. Services include a women's program; spiritual program; and navigation services to available services. Also facilitates annual Veterans Stand Down in Bullhead City and leads the Veterans Resource Team in the Kingman Regional Veterans Treatment Court. Provides veterans transportation to organization services.
