Offers intakes and assessments for inpatient and outpatient behavioral health and substance abuse treatment for adolescents and adults. Provides inpatient adolescent/adult psychiatric, detoxification, intensive outpatient services for mental health and substance abuse; and Intensive Outpatient Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills Group for Adults and Somatic Therapy, ECT (Electroconvulsive Therapy) inpatient services; and outpatient services.

Provides residential treatment facility for at-risk boys. Residents attend on-campus academic programs, group and individual counseling, and therapeutic recreation.

Provides Assessment and Intervention Program and Brief Intervention Program for adolescents in a short-term residential setting.

Provides residential treatment facilities for adolescent girls who can no longer live at home. Services include individual, family and group counseling; substance abuse treatment; medical and psychiatric care; and education. The agency utilizes dialectical behavior therapy.

Provides services for children and youth. Includes residential treatment facility for emotionally disturbed teens, short-term shelter for non-delinquent children, and an abuse shelter for youth.

Provides Level 1 Secure Residential Treatment with Trauma Informed focus for youth ages 7-17 with emotional and behavioral challenges. Services include Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) program, substance use disorder program, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Serves as the Tribal Regional Behavioral Health Authority for members of the Navajo Nation. Provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, drug and alcohol treatment, and case management. Also provides individual, group, and family counseling. Separate residential treatment facilities for youth and adults.
