General Crisis Intervention Hotlines
Provides individual, couples, and family counseling for children and adults who have been victims of a crime. Includes crimes such as childhood abuse and neglect, adult physical or sexual assault, domestic violence or witnessing domestic violence, robbery, bullying, and others. To qualify, it is not necessary that the crime has been reported.
Provides a crisis hotline for families in crisis and for victims of child abuse, domestic violence, and sexual assault.
Provides primary medical and behavioral health care for children and adults. Services include preventative health care, nutritional counseling, pharmacy consultations, wellness programs, and chronic disease management. Also includes psychiatric assessment, medication monitoring, crisis intervention, care coordination, addiction counseling, peer and family support, and vocational and employment services, and housing assistance. Also offers individual, family, and group counseling.
Provide professional, confidential, and culturally compatible mental health and substance abuse services. Promote healing, personal growth, and healthy living for the individual, the family and the community. Services offered directly by Centered Spirit include individual, couples, family and group therapy, methadone/suboxone maintenance, youth life skills groups, psychiatric evaluation, and psychiatric medication follow-up. Also offers crisis evaluations for emergency situations.

Sexual Assault Hotlines
Provides drop-in psychiatric evaluations and crisis intervention services for children and adults. Includes 23-hour observation, detox, and on-site courtroom for patients admitted through the legal system.
Provides home and community-based services for adults with a serious mental illness (SMI) designation. Services include outreach, housing support services, and connection to independent living skills, supported employment, and other rehabilitation services.

Victim Advocates provide crisis intervention, mobile advocacy, protective order assistance, safety planning, and community resources. Forensic medical exams are provided on-site for victims of sexual violence and domestic violence strangulation.

Provides statewide hotline for adults involved in human trafficking. This includes those who have been abducted, sold, or recruited under false pretenses, and forced into unpaid or underpaid labor, prostitution, or marriage. Services include support and referrals to additional services to get to safety. Youth involved in human trafficking should contact Arizona Department of Child Safety or the National Human Trafficking Hotline (see separate listings).
Provides hotline for youth and adults in mental health crisis in northern Arizona.
Connects callers to the nearest available crisis call center in the network. Callers speak to a trained hotline worker who will listen to and assess their problem. Also makes referrals to appropriate services for ongoing care, if needed.
Provides peer-run outpatient treatment. Offers physical health and wellness services, individual and group counseling, mental health services, discharge care coordination after psychiatric hospitalization, trauma informed care, recovery support services, independent living skills, community integration, education, and advocacy.
