General Crisis Intervention Hotlines
Provides a crisis hotline for families in crisis and for victims of child abuse, domestic violence, and sexual assault.
Provide professional, confidential, and culturally compatible mental health and substance abuse services. Promote healing, personal growth, and healthy living for the individual, the family and the community. Services offered directly by Centered Spirit include individual, couples, family and group therapy, methadone/suboxone maintenance, youth life skills groups, psychiatric evaluation, and psychiatric medication follow-up. Also offers crisis evaluations for emergency situations.
Provides a confidential, culturally-appropriate helpline for Native Americans and Alaska Natives impacted by domestic and sexual violence. Advocates offer peer-to-peer support, crisis intervention, assistance with safety planning, referrals to Native-centered providers, and general information about jurisdiction and legal advocacy rights.

Sexual Assault Hotlines
Provides statewide hotline for adults involved in human trafficking. This includes those who have been abducted, sold, or recruited under false pretenses, and forced into unpaid or underpaid labor, prostitution, or marriage. Services include support and referrals to additional services to get to safety. Youth involved in human trafficking should contact Arizona Department of Child Safety or the National Human Trafficking Hotline (see separate listings).
Provides hotline for youth and adults in mental health crisis in northern Arizona.
Connects callers to the nearest available crisis call center in the network. Callers speak to a trained hotline worker who will listen to and assess their problem. Also makes referrals to appropriate services for ongoing care, if needed.
Provides hotline for youth and adults in mental health crisis for members of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community.
Provides support, and information about and referrals to services for active duty service members, veterans, and family members. Also provides support for helpers and providers seeking information on military benefits and resources.
Provides free and confidential online chat services to anybody experiencing a crisis who needs help for themselves or a loved one.
Connects veterans to the nearest available crisis call center in the network. Veteran callers in emotional crisis speak to trained VA hotline counselors who help them locate the best service and facility for their needs. All calls are anonymous.
Provides crisis line and emergency shelter for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Transitional apartments are available for clients who complete the shelter program. Also provides advocacy, safety planning, assistance with orders of protection, and educational and support groups.

Provides 24-hour crisis response for people who call 9-1-1 in Tempe and are victims of traumatic incidents such as homelessness, domestic violence, sexual assault, death and grief, mental health issues, substance abuse, and other crimes or critical incidents. Also provides service coordination and navigation for military veterans who live in Tempe.
Provides crisis hotline for LGBTQ+ people dealing with intimate partner violence, domestic violence, hate violence, sexual violence, and stalking. Services include case management, emergency shelter, food pantry, and connection to additional resources.

Provides hotline for combat veterans and their families to talk about their military experiences or other issues they are facing in their readjustment to civilian life.
Provides prevention and intervention programs for youth experiencing, witnessing, or using interpersonal violence that includes domestic violence, sexual assault or harassment, teen dating abuse, gender-based violence, stalking, and coercive control. Services include prevention education, victim advocacy, peer support groups, licensing counseling, and anonymous text, chat, or phone safety services. Also offers behavioral health interventions, school and community trusted adult ally response trainings, peer advocate leadership academies, community outreach, and awareness campaigns. Adapted services now available for youth and individuals with disabilities.

Provides referrals to certified gambling counselors and free treatment options for gamblers, family members, and others through the Arizona Problem Gambling Helpline. Also provides advocacy and online peer counseling. Offers presentations about compulsive and responsible gambling, with special presentations geared toward senior centers.
Provides confidential, bilingual crisis intervention, in person crisis intervention, advocacy, human trafficking prevention, crime victim accompaniment, crime victim safety planning, protective/restraining orders, sexual assault treatment, specialized information and referral, public awareness/education, and therapy for survivors of sexual violence, and their family and friends. Services are available through the crisis hotline, and drop-in and scheduled appointments. Also provides 24-hour support through the medical forensic exams as part of the Sexual Assault Resource Service (SARS).
