Provides a police-assisted addiction recovery program to connect adult residents in Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, and Pinal County with substance use disorders to treatment providers. Participants must be age 18 or older; have a valid government photo ID; not be a fugitive of justice or have prior or pending charges for crimes involving violence, arson, sex, children, or seniors; and not have a criminal conviction for possession with intent to transport or sell, no drug violations in a school zone, or more than three drug-related arrests.

Full-service hospital provides inpatient care, outpatient services, and 24-hour emergency room. Also provides Level I Trauma Center, ground and air ambulance service through Guardian Medical Transport, pediatric intensive care unit, medical specialties, and diagnostic services. Behavioral health services include adult and adolescent inpatient and outpatient services including mental health and chemical dependency, psychiatric medication management, assessments, and consultations.

Provides counseling for youth and adults in individual, family, couple, and group settings. Includes topics such as domestic violence, substance abuse, lifestyle management, self-esteem, coping skills, depression, grief, and spiritual distress. Offers suicide prevention program. Also provides drug and alcohol assessments, DUI classes, outpatient education and support groups for adults with substance use problems.
