Administers services and programs designed to help Phoenix residents achieve self-sufficiency. Serves as the Community Action Agency (CAA).
Provides assistance for residents of Aguila, Circle City, Morristown, Wickenburg, and Wittmann with low income. Offers emergency food including monthly mobile food pantry, weatherization, Nutrition Assistance (food stamps/SNAP) and Medicaid applications by appointment.
Provides case management for individuals and families with low income. Services may include one time utility assistance and/or utility deposits, gas vouchers, food vouchers, local bus fare, and limited rent and mortgage payment assistance. Rental assistance only available for seniors at this time.

Offers family resource center, information and referrals to services in the community such as rent, utility and benefit assistance, food boxes, Veteran services, employment and training programs, tax preparation support, homeless services and other programs. Eligibility restrictions apply for some programs. Free computer lab and printing services available for guests participating in a Resource Center program.
Provides case management and emergency financial assistance to people on low income throughout Pima County. Assistance is limited and based on grant funding. Includes utility assistance to prevent shutoff and propane gas used for heating and limited mortgage assistance to prevent eviction or foreclosure. Offers car repair assistance for families with children (age 17 and younger) who are working. Does not exceed $300 for any repair; not available to people who are unemployed or childless. Provides assistance directly to applicants, and to agencies in the Emergency Services Network.
