Provides safe zone services to gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and questioning youth and their straight allies ages 11-24. Services include social opportunities; substance abuse, suicide, and HIV prevention programs; tools to help youth increase self-esteem and self-acceptance; life skills development; mentoring. Also provides weekly safe space support groups. Works to raise community awareness of issues of importance to LGBTQ+ youth. Offers Camp OUTdoors for LGBTQ+ youth during the summer.

Works with educators, policy makers, community leaders, and students to address anti-LGBTQ2+ behavior and bias in schools. Website provides resources for students and educators including posters which can be downloaded. Advocates at the legislative level for safe schools.

Offers peer mentorship and post-crisis support for Two Spirit and LGBTQ+ people. Provides support groups for parents and family members of transgender and gender-diverse people.

Provides support for the trans and gender nonconforming community. Services include monthly support groups including the general meeting, Desert Sisters, Gender Outlaws, Desert Boyz, TGNC BIPOC Group, and Families Transformed. Also provides name and gender marker change assistance, outdoor community building events through TrOutings, and the Healing Artist Program. Offers Arizona Transgender Workplace (ATWork) trainings for local employers and community groups.

Works to help young people make informed and responsible decisions about their reproductive and sexual health. Advocates for inclusive sex education, reproductive rights, and LGBTQ2+ equality.
