Educates and engages people to support and empower the LGBTQ2+ community and allies. Holds events including Pride Festival, Pride Parade, and Rainbows Festival. Presents annual Pride Awards Reception honoring organizations, businesses, and individuals. Awards scholarships to college students in the local community who are an LGBTQ2+ member or ally. Awards grants to organizations that are LGBTQ2+ focused.

Administers safety-related programs. Recognizes contributors in the area of safety through the Howard Pyle Award named after former Arizona governor and President/CEO of the National Safety Council.
