Reviews applications for Title V, Non-Title V and General permits. Drafts and finalizes air pollution control rules and ordinances and for compiling emissions inventories.

Allows participants of the Nutrition Assistance Program to use their Quest/Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card to purchase prepared meals from participating restaurants. May also include the deli section of a participating grocery store.

Administers public library services throughout the City.
