Provides detention facility for adults who have been arrested or detained. Provides information by phone or online to verify whether a specific person is being held there. Includes information on inmates who are serving time, those awaiting transfer, those being held for other jurisdictions, and those who have been accused, but not convicted.

Elected officials, including the mayor and town council, are responsible for administration and implementation of town policies, laws, and services. The town manager is appointed and is responsible for the daily operations. Council meetings provide a forum for questions or concerns about municipal issues.
