Performs regulatory reviews, approves construction plans, and issues operating permits for food facilities including restaurants, caterers, vending machines, micro markets, retail grocery stores, bakeries, delis, meat markets, mobile food vendors, hospital food service, special event food booths, farmers' markets, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and public/charter school grounds. Responds to public health nuisance complaints at permitted establishments regarding sanitation issues and insect infestations.

Library loans books, e-books, audio books, large print materials, videotapes, CDs, and DVDs. Reference desk provides research assistance and materials for use in the library only. Services include story time for children and interlibrary loans. Offers copy machine, printer, Wi-Fi wireless access, and public computers with Internet access. This is a Culture Pass location.
