Provides 12-step substance abuse recovery meetings. Various meetings focus on 12-step studies, allow smoking, offer a speaker, or are held outdoors. Some meetings are oriented to men, women, gay and lesbian, or youth.

Provides technical and vocational education for students in grades 10-12 attending charter, home-school, private, or public high schools; and for young adults earning their GED. Classes are held in various locations.

Recreation center open to the public. Offers meeting and event venues for rent including classrooms, rock climbing walls, gymnasiums, pools, and multipurpose rooms.
