Provides in-home services people with disabilities. Services include personal care, housekeeping, and respite. Offers assistance with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and errand running.

Administers programs designed to prevent and educate about tobacco use and chronic diseases.

Provides residential and commercial trash pick-up. Includes yard waste and bulky-item pick-up. Also provides water and sewer connection and repair.
