May also provide assistance with transportation, child care, counseling, minor medical services, clothing for work or training, and referrals to other agencies.

Library loans books, e-books, audio books, videotapes, CDs, and DVDs. Reference desk provides research assistance and materials for use in the library only. Services include story time for children, summer reading program, and interlibrary loans. Offers copy machine, printer, Wi-Fi wireless access, and public computers with Internet access. Provides comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and treatment to children age 5 and younger and their families using a family-centered approach. Uses a blended model of assessment and treatment including medical, developmental, mental health, and community perspectives for a holistic view of the child and family. Offers support for children with autism spectrum disorders, developmental delays secondary to trauma, feeding disorders, assistive technology needs, and fragile infants transitioning home from the hospital.

Partners with organizations throughout Arizona to provide free programs and services for babies, toddlers and preschoolers and their families. Provides childcare scholarships through the Quality First program.
