Provides a Christian-based mental health support group for adults affected by mental illness and/or their family members. All faiths welcome.

Administers various programs for people in need.

Elected officials, including the mayor and town council, are responsible for administration and implementation of town policies, laws, and services. The town manager is appointed and is responsible for the daily operations. Council meetings provide a forum for questions or concerns about municipal issues.

Emergency shelter for victims of domestic violence. Provides advocacy and counseling, safety planning, educational groups, referrals to necessary resources, children's services, case management for domestic violence clients, and outpatient group and individual counseling.

Determines eligibility for retirement benefits, survivors' insurance, Social Security Disability Insurance program (SSDI), and Supplemental Security Income (SSI). Also determines eligibility for Original Medicare Part A (hospital), Original Medicare Part B (medical), and Medicare Part D (prescription drugs). Note that Medicare Part C (Medicare Advantage Plans) and Medigap Supplemental insurance are offered by private health insurance companies. Also issues original and replacement Social Security cards.

Provides a quality improvement and rating system for child care providers. Limited child care scholarships are available for children ages 5 and younger in low-income families.

Provides facility with cardio/fitness center featuring exercise bikes, treadmills, elliptical trainers, stair climbers, rowing machines, and free weights. Also provides pools with water slide, aerobic studio, and indoor basketball and volleyball. Also offers youth sports and karate (additional fees required). Includes two-hour child care for members attending programs.

Provides referrals to lawyers who have expertise in a specific area of concern for people unacquainted with local attorneys. This is not a low income or pro bono service.

Offers services for older adults and people with disabling conditions. Services include medical appointment transportation, health advocacy, grocery shopping, friendly visiting and phoning, caregiver relief, personal business assistance, minor home repair, delivered meals for lunch, and a van offering transportation to and from recreational and shopping venues.

Accepts and investigates reports of abuse, neglect and exploitation of children in the community.

Recreation center open to the public. Offers meeting and event venues for rent including classrooms, rock climbing walls, gymnasiums, pools, and multipurpose rooms.

Provides transitional housing using community-based apartments for people impacted by domestic violence. Residents may stay 18-24 months. Clients receive individual counseling and case management services.

Provides an AHCCCS Health Plan for central and northern Arizona. Partners with a system of providers that deliver behavioral health and medical care to people who are signed up for AHCCCS/Medicaid. Offers non-emergency medical transportation to and from covered medical and behavioral health appointments. This service is available for members who are unable to provide or pay for their own transportation. Website offers a database of providers searchable by location and service. Accepts and attempts to resolve complaints.

Provides institutional care and treatment for all court committed adults. Units at this facility include Cheyenne, Cibola, Cocopah, Dakota, and La Paz.

Administers residential and business electric and irrigation services in the Phoenix metro area. Speakers Bureau offers a variety of presentations to small and large groups, including community organizations.
