No-kill animal shelter places dogs and cats into new homes and accepts dog and cat surrenders.

Administers housing, community revitalization, and workforce development programs throughout Mohave County.

Accepts and investigates reports of fraudulent use of services and benefits offered by the Arizona Department of Economic Security including Cash Assistance, Child Care, Food Stamps, General Assistance, Medical Assistance, Developmental Disabilities, and Unemployment Insurance.

Provides assistance to pay monthly premiums, annual deductibles, and prescription co-payments related to a Medicare Part D prescription drug plan.

Regulates utility companies including electric, natural gas, sewer, water, Competitive Local Exchange Companies, Reseller Local Exchange Competitive, Alternative Operator Services, Inter-Exchange Carriers, Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers, Incumbent Long Distance, Reseller Long Distance, and coin operated pay telephones. Consumer Services include investigations of consumer inquiries or disputes concerning rates or charges, installations or disconnections (proposed or recent), responsibility for a bill, requests for deposits, refusal of service by a utility, the quality and type of utility service.

Provides reproductive health care for men and women. Includes physical exams, STI testing and treatment, HIV testing, HIV PrEP and PEP medication, Pap smears, and breast exams. Also offers family planning services.
