The plate is assigned to one vehicle in which the applicant must be an owner on the title. Also available is a free placard that can be displayed in a vehicle in which the person is a passenger, designating disability parking privileges for the vehicle. The placard is assigned to the applicant for use in any vehicle, and may not be transferred to, or used by, another person.

Provides chilled meals to people who are unable to prepare their own meals. Meals are delivered by Catholic Social Services and Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest based on zip code. 24-hour emergency response is not available.
