Assists with required repairs for qualified vehicles that have failed an emissions inspection. Vehicle must have been registered in Arizona for the last 12 months and has not been unregistered for more than 60 days, been manufactured 12 or more years ago, and failed emissions test less than 60 days prior to the vehicle registration expiring. Must not be a motor home, motorcycle, salvage vehicle, or a fleet vehicle.

Offers car repair assistance for families with children (age 17 and younger) who are working. Does not exceed $300 for any repair; not available to people who are unemployed or childless. Provides assistance directly to applicants, and to agencies in the Emergency Services Network.
