Provides curb-to-curb transportation for ADA-eligible participants in the Tucson metropolitan area and parts of Pima County. Transportation is a shared ride, provided on a space-available basis for appointments, shopping, and personal business. A pick-up time window will be provided when the reservation is requested. Riders may have Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) accompany them at no charge, and guests at regular fare, with reservations. General Paratransit/Community Ride Programs
Provides services for seniors including recreation and education programs, hot meals and home delivered meals, shopping services, friendly visiting, chore maintenance, local transportation, and information about and referrals to legal assistance for seniors.

Determines ADA eligibility for people with disabilities who need to use the paratransit services by Sun Van (City of Tucson), Sun Shuttle Dial-a-Ride (Pima County), or Coyote Run (Oro Valley). Applicants must fill out the ADA Paratransit Eligibility Certification form. The process may involve contact with professional references and/or an in-person assessment of functional travel skills. This may take up to three weeks, as the office will confirm that applicants are unable to use the fixed-route bus system (Sun Tran) because their disability prevents them from doing so.
