Loans power tools and hand tools to community groups. Tools include hammers, saws, ladders, sanders, lawnmowers, weedeaters, wood chippers, and more.

Community anti-drug coalition. Offers diaper assistance, food pantry, and clothing to those in need.

Library loans books, e-books, audio books, videotapes, CDs, and DVDs. Reference desk provides research assistance and materials for use in the library only. Services include story time for children, summer reading program, and interlibrary loans. Offers copy machine, printer, Wi-Fi wireless access, and public computers with Internet access. Scanning and study rooms available by appointment only.

Provides recreational, socialization, social services, educational programs, home delivered meals, and congregate meals for older adults.

Provides transitional housing for former inmates. Services include case management and reentry support.

Offers parenting classes and support groups, family law legal services, diaper bag program, child support services, employment training services, financial literacy, food boxes, eye exams, eyeglasses vouchers, and referrals for housing and Duplicate Arizona ID. Assists ex-offenders through employment, mentoring and case management services.

Administers harm reduction-focused services statewide to help prevent overdose, the spread of HIV and hepatitis C, and overcome stigma associated with drug use.

Works to bring together government, nonprofits, faith groups, and residents to provide support to Tempeans in need, to plan for present and future needs.

Provides outreach to women formerly incarcerated. Services include bible study and support group meetings with referrals to community services. Offers clients gently used clothing, make-up, and personal hygiene items.

Enforces rabies prevention and intervention regulations. Issues dog licenses. Investigates reports of animal cruelty.

Ensures the accurate release, effective reentry, transition, and supervision of offenders released to the community. Facilitates the return to custody of those offenders who violate conditions of supervision and who represent a serious threat to the safety of the community. Provides interaction with victims to maintain public protection.

Offers programs for victims of domestic violence and/or child abuse. Provides parenting and life skills instruction, and domestic violence education. Site for coordinated entry into housing.

Provides street outreach, food boxes, mentoring and peer support to people on low income and those experiencing homelessness.

Provides reentry services for women who have been previously incarcerated or are within 6 months of release from prison. Services include pre-release assessment, employment services including resume development, job skills training and entrepreneurship, and employment and educational assistance; social and life skills development; and personal and professional skills training.

Loans durable medical equipment. Items may be borrowed for up to six months. Provides adult incontinence supplies. Also provides assistance to complete advanced directives and enroll in Medicare.

Provides a trained community volunteer to mentor formerly incarcerated individuals to assist with successful reintegration into the community.
