Provides emergency shelter for adult, 18 and older, single men and women who are experiencing homelessness. Services for clients include case management, employment assistance, and referrals to additional services. All clients must be in-person to received services.

Family practice clinic provides well-woman exams, prenatal care, well-baby checkups, childhood and adult immunizations, acupuncture, and referrals to necessary specialists. Offers radiation exposure screening, and specialty clinic for HIV care and case management. Also provides comprehensive dental services for children and adults. Includes teeth cleaning, topical fluoride applications, fillings, treatment of periodontal disease, and extractions. Offers short term counseling and diabetes education and self-management program. Offers health benefits enrollment assistance.
