Provides behavioral and primary care for individuals with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) designation, General Mental Health (GMH) and substance use conditions.

Provides programs for families and their children, youth, and young adults experiencing mental health and behavior challenges. Services include one-on-one family support, peer support, health promotion, support groups, training and education, individual and community-based living skills, respite, and connecting families and individuals with support in the community.

Provides health supported family housing for pregnant and parenting women. Provides fitness and nutrition programs, life skills classes for healthy relationships, parenting, and financial literacy. Also assists with community referral and navigation of resources.

Provides fixed-route public bus service in Sierra Vista and Fort Huachuca. Also provides curb-to-curb bus service for seniors who are 65 or older and people with mental health or physical disabilities.

Legal concerns must arise from the disability. Provides information, technical assistance, and training on legal rights and represent individuals in negotiations, administrative proceedings, and in court. Brings impact litigation on systemic issues.

Provides primary health care for children and adults, well-women check-ups, OB/GYN, mammograms, DEXA bone scans, outpatient surgery, and integrated behavioral health services. Also provides urgent care clinic and cancer infusion center.

Prosecutes all felony offenses committed within the county and misdemeanors committed in unincorporated areas, and all criminal cases involving juveniles. Processes all mental health commitments and proceedings.

Offers support and information about end-of-life choices through meetings, books, and newsletters. Provides advanced directive packets about living wills and durable powers of attorney for health care; available for donation. Advocates for the legalization of physician aid in dying, also known as assisted suicide, through the Death With Dignity Act.

Offers referrals to community partners including shelter, medical, and dental care. Provides housing assessments for adults who are homeless. Based on the assessment, people who are the most in need are placed on the community-wide priority list. Local agencies use the list to get clients. Includes screening for additional services. Site for coordinated entry into housing. Offers Aid to Stranded Travelers for Nonresidents experiencing homelessness who find themselves stranded and in crisis situations in the Phoenix area. Issues replacement state-issued IDs.

Investigates cases of child abuse and sexual assault and provides assistance to victims of those crimes. The Rescue and Restore Program promotes community awareness of human trafficking and offers training to organizations who help victims of human trafficking.
