Provides information to help people make informed end-of-life choices that are consistent with their values and beliefs. Distributes forms such as advanced directives, medical powers of attorney, and living wills; note that if circumstances change, the plans can also be changed.

Library loans books, e-books, audio books, large print materials, Spanish language books, videotapes, CDs, and DVDs. Reference desk provides research assistance and materials for use in the library only. Services include story time for children, summer reading program, assistance with Talking Books applications, and interlibrary loans. Offers copy machine, printer, Wi-Fi wireless access, and public computers with Internet access. Offers computer classes, adult education programs, GED preparation, special interest classes, and recreational activities for all ages. This is a Culture Pass location.

Early childhood professionals offer individualized information and support on childhood development to families and caregivers with young children and to early childhood professionals. Topics include child development, sleep, parenting, feeding/nutrition, speech, challenging behaviors, colic/excessive crying, safety, getting ready for school, early literacy, support to child care/preschools and community resources all over Arizona. Also offers pregnancy/postpartum resources addressing maternal mental health. Helpline specialists offer virtual or home visit support to families with children under the age of one. Presentations for families and caregivers can be given virtually or in person.

Provides housing navigation services for youth who are at risk of or currently experiencing homelessness. Offers connection to community housing, shelters, and agencies who offer mental health services and SMI evaluations. Provides homeless court navigation and application assistance for POND Supportive Housing when available.

Provides fixed-route public bus service in Sierra Vista and Fort Huachuca. Also provides curb-to-curb bus service for seniors who are 65 or older and people with mental health or physical disabilities.

Offers 24-hour helpline for the public and health care providers who treat patients with pain and opioid use disorders. Services provided for the public and patients include information on harm reduction; Narcan training; assistance with navigating health insurance; and connection to inpatient and outpatient behavioral health care, rehab programs, chronic pain doctors, and medication for addiction treatment (MAT). Includes assistance with transportation and follow-up. Services for professionals include clinician-to-clinician consultation with information on safe prescribing limits and identifying dangerous drug combinations. Also provides continuing education opportunities for health care professionals on various opioid-related topics.

Provides services for victims of crime. Services include crisis counseling, legal advocacy, and safety planning. Also includes forensic exams and interviews for victims of sexual violence, domestic violence, and child abuse and neglect.

Provides community-based day program for adults who need supportive care because of physical, emotional, or mental limitations. Offers therapeutic, social, and health-related services. Includes meals and transportation. Available on an hourly respite basis and for the full day.
