Administers programs for people with visual impairments.

Determines eligibility for retirement benefits, survivors' insurance, Social Security Disability Insurance program (SSDI), and Supplemental Security Income (SSI). Also determines eligibility for Original Medicare Part A (hospital), Original Medicare Part B (medical), and Medicare Part D (prescription drugs). Services also include in-person and online children, teen, and adult programming, such as children's story times, literacy and STEAM activities, adult book discussions, film showings, lecture forums, author visits, free Naloxone kits, and Culture Passes.

Provides employment services to teens and adults. Services include career assessment; help with job search, interview techniques, and resume writing; and clothing. Computer lab offers the use of computers with internet access, one computer with a webcam for online interviews, and access to fax machine, copier, printer, and scanner. Also provides Scottsdale Teen Employment Program (STEP) for youth.

Offers assistance with finding health insurance including Marketplace/ACA, AHCCCS/Medicaid, and the state Children's Health Insurance Program/CHIP. Also helps with scheduling appointments for KidsCare and Nutrition Assistance (food stamps/SNAP).
