Provides rent assistance to people who are experiencing a one-time crisis that makes eviction imminent. Stable means of income is preferred, as this financial assistance is intended to eliminate the crisis so that the client can resume responsibility. Also provides assistance with SW Gas bills including past payment, deposits, late charges, and reconnection fees. Provides deposits for electric, gas, water, and home telephone services. Includes case coordination and advocacy for people who need housing, shelter, employment, and help in obtaining benefits.

Provides low barrier transitional housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness that do not meet the requirements for traditional shelter.

Provides free, confidential helpline to support the growth of parents, children, and youth nationwide.

Provides long-term transitional housing for families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. This is not an emergency shelter. Clients are required to participate in ongoing case management, financial education courses, and life skills meetings. Length of stay is 1-3 years.

Services include story time for children and interlibrary loans. Offers public computers with Internet access, printer, Wi-Fi wireless access, and copy machine. Meeting rooms available for community groups. This is a Culture Pass and Seed Library location. Maintains outside lockers to pick up reserved books.
