Wig program offers free wigs to individuals undergoing chemotherapy treatment for breast cancer. Also provides breast health education.

Services include employment physicals, well-woman exams, well-baby checkups, childhood and adult immunizations, physical therapy, and referrals to necessary specialists. Offers radiation exposure screening, and specialty clinic for HIV care and case management. Offers health benefits enrollment assistance.

Provides support, advocacy, case information, court accompaniment, and referrals for victims and witnesses of crime. Also provides funds through Victim Compensation Board to assist victims of crime with expenses incurred due to crime. Allowable expenses include medical, funeral, counseling, crime scene clean-up, and wage loss that resulted from the crime.

Administers educational and social service programs for children and youth, adults, seniors, and families that focus on improving self-sufficiency.
