Provides a monthly discount on the basic service of telephone or internet service for households on low income. This may include the cell phone, activation, limited minutes, limited data, and internet; discount may cover entire cost of basic service.

Offers sports program for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.

The town manager is appointed and is responsible for the daily operations. Council meetings provide a forum for questions or concerns about municipal issues.

Delivers nutritious meals to Sun City and Youngtown residents who, because of special health problems, are unable to shop and/or prepare their own meals. If special diet is required, it must be ordered in writing by a physician.

Offers a support group for men affected by prostate cancer.

Provides primary health care for adults. Includes immunizations, flu shots, blood pressure screening, women's exams, and gynecology services. Free transportation to appointment is available.

Note that Medicare Part C (Medicare Advantage Plans) and Medigap Supplemental insurance are offered by private health insurance companies. Also issues original and replacement Social Security cards.
